Text based integrations don’t have an NLP so you’ll have to use the offered Dialogflow NLP solution in ConvoWorks which is available in the Service Platform Config Level. In order to use the Dialogflow NLP, you have to create a Dialogflow Agent. Only the necessary things such as webhook configurations will be propagated to an external platform.
