The Service Level Platform Configuration manages the service propagation to external platforms. For text based platforms it usually propagates changes regarding webhook configuration for example which events will trigger your webhook to send an response. For an intent based platform it usually propagates changes which are related to the intent model and webhook to access the service that you are currently building.
