This section affects the propagation part and configuration of other third party platforms. Currently affected platforms are Amazon Alexa and Dialogflow. Facebook Messenger and Viber have user based settings so that the propagation part is not relevant for our use case here.

Service meta defines the following properties of your ConvoWorks service:

Service name – Display name of our convo service.
Service Description – Description of our convo service.
Default Language – Which language will be used for external platforms.
Default Locale – Which locale will be used for external platforms.
Supported Locales – What other locales will be supported for external platforms.
Service Owner – Who is responsible for the service and who has total control over the convo service.
Private – Is the convo service visible to other system users?
Service Admins – Who else has access to the convo service and can delete it?
